We both sat down and thought about where he had been before he realized his keys were missing. He remembered he had gone to the kitchen to get a snack, then outside to play with the dog.

Together, we went to the kitchen first. We checked the table and the counter again. Still no keys. Next, we headed outside to look around the yard. While walking, I noticed something shiny near the flower bed.

“Look!” I exclaimed. It was his set of keys! My brother was so relieved and grateful. He learned a valuable lesson about keeping his keys in a designated place next time. From that day on, he always used a hook by the door for his keys, making it easier for him to find them in the future.
