This time last week, I was sweeping the floor in the whole living room while he was only washing a few dishes in the kitchen. Mum was at work yesterday, so Dad had to tidy all the rooms. Of course, he asked us to help him, but this time Tommy had to deal with all the hard stuff. He mopped the floor in the bathroom and did the hoovering in the hall after Dad had (finally!) fixed the vacuum cleaner. As for me, I took out the garbage and then walked our dog in the park. Speaking about Dad's tasks, he was doing the washing-up and ironing then. When Mum came home, she was happy to see the whole house clean.
