Нужно составить предложения, используя слова, и вписать их в текст.

Примеры:

1. A child / this / since / film / I / haven't / seen

   • I haven't seen this film since I was a child.

2. Some / how many / scientists / things / exploring / space / the

   • Scientists have been exploring things in space for some time.

3. Stopped / Jane / hasn't / it / yesterday / raining

   • It hasn't stopped raining since yesterday.

4. Lots / of / research / on / outer space orbital stations / have / people

   • People have done lots of research on outer space orbital stations.

5. How / for / why / the / outside / you / have / spent

   • Why have you spent time outside for?

6. Stormy / for / how / the / it / has / been / days

   • It has been stormy for days.

Упражнение 3

Заполним пропуски, используя "for" или "since":

1. ... since the beginning of autumn.
2. ... since last Christmas.
3. ... for a long time.
4. ... since September.
5. ... for six months.
