Last summer, I had a strange experience that made me rethink my views on safety. One evening, while I was walking home from a friend's house, I noticed a suspicious figure following me. As I quickened my pace, the person approached and demanded my phone. I was scared, but I managed to stay calm and gave them my old phone, hoping it would satisfy them. After that, they ran away, and I quickly called the police. Fortunately, they caught the thief shortly after. This incident taught me to be more aware of my surroundings and the importance of staying safe.
