My Day

My name is Lily. I am 8 years old and I am in the second grade. Let me tell you about my day!

I wake up in the morning when my alarm clock rings. I get out of bed and wash my face. Then, I eat breakfast with my family. I usually have cereal and milk. After breakfast, I brush my teeth and get ready for school.

At school, I learn many things. I love math and reading. My favorite subject is art because I like to draw and paint. I sit with my friends at lunchtime, and we talk and laugh together.

After school, I come home and do my homework. Sometimes, it is easy, but sometimes I need help from my mom. After I finish my homework, I like to take a little nap because I feel sleepy.

When I wake up, I have some time to relax. I sit on the couch and play with my phone. I like to play games and watch funny videos.

Finally, I have dinner with my family. We talk about our day and share stories. After dinner, I take a shower, brush my teeth, and read a book before going to bed.

That is how my day goes! I love my days!
