Here's the translation to English:

"My classmate Otkun sits with me in English. He is a very interesting boy, quite smart. He is very good-looking, but he has some acne. He reads okay. He’s a funny boy and tells stories during breaks. We don’t talk during lessons; we just work! He dresses stylishly and fashionably. His hair is normal, acceptable, and his ears are ordinary. His handwriting isn't very good, but it's understandable. His eyes are narrow—just kidding, they're beautiful. In short, he's a good boy."
