   • Превосходная степень: tallest
     Ответ: Nick is the tallest boy in our class.

6. Kyiv is the (large) city in Ukraine.

   • Превосходная степень: largest
     Ответ: Kyiv is the largest city in Ukraine.

7. Mary is the (young) in our family.

   • Превосходная степень: youngest
     Ответ: Mary is the youngest in our family.

8. Today is (hot) than yesterday.

   • Сравнительная степень: hotter
     Ответ: Today is hotter than yesterday.

9. My sister is (nice) than my brother.

   • Сравнительная степень: nicer
     Ответ: My sister is nicer than my brother.

10. June is (warm) than February.

    • Сравнительная степень: warmer
      Ответ: June is warmer than February.

11. Складіть речення:

    a) Her English is the (bad) in the class.

    • Превосходная степень: worst
      Ответ: Her English is the worst in the class.

    b) My brother is (young) than me.

    • Сравнительная степень: younger
      Ответ: My brother is younger than me.

    c) Kate is the (clever) in the group.

    • Превосходная степень: cleverest
      Ответ: Kate is the cleverest in the group.

    d) The text is (difficult) than other exercises.

    • Сравнительная степень: more difficult
      Ответ: The text is more difficult than other exercises.

    e) She is (little) than her little brother.

    • Сравнительная степень: less
      Ответ: She is less than her little brother. (Здесь правильнее "smaller" если речь о росте)

Каждое предложение использовано для выражения различий между объектами по количеству признака, например, размера, возраста или уровня сложности. В случае коротких прилагательных используется "-er" для сравнительной степени и "-est" для превосходной, а в случае длинных — добавляется "more" или "most".
