It's a mannequin of course and some mannequins are very realistic. They have hair and their faces have eyes, noses and mouths - some even.have freckles / blonde. Other mannequins don't have details on their faces and they are often bald / medium, with no hair at all. Today mannequins are usually made of fibreglass - a mixture of glass and plastic. But in the mid-1800s, they were often made of stone/ wax - which was a problem when they got hot under lights because they changed shape and melted! They didn't like / look like people then!
