The people below all want to choose a place to have a party. On the opposite page there are eight descriptions of places to have a party. Decide which place would be the most suitable for the people below. Jane is planning a very small party for her friends, and wants it to be in a historic place. She would like a photographer to be provided. Colin and Alison want to hire a whole building just for themselves and their guests. They'd like the place to have a professional party organiser to help them plan everything, including an excellent meal. Alex and Diana would like to arrive at their party by boat, and they want somewhere without bright lights. They're looking for a place which has had good reviews. Peter needs a place where elderly guests can move around without difficulty, which also offers accommodation. He wants the choice of having the party either indoors or outdoors, depending on the weather on the day. Jenny and Robin want a place where they can bring food themselves, and where children can run around and have fun. Some of their guests will need help with transport to the party. Places to hold a party A Hotel Homewood Homewood is all on the ground floor, including guest bedrooms and all party facilities, to allow access for everyone. The beautiful hall will be available to you for your party, as well as the lovely gardens-watch boats go past on the river as you enjoy your celebration. C Bruton Hall At Bruton Hall, you can choose from a range of options, depending on your budget. For example, you can hire one of our chefs for the day or do the cooking yourselves.
