Customer: Hi there! Could you help me find something?
Assistant: Of course! What are you looking for?
Customer: I’m looking for a new jacket. It’s getting cold outside.
Assistant: Great choice! We have a variety of jackets. Do you have a particular style in mind?
Customer: I prefer something warm and casual. Maybe a hoodie or a puffer jacket?
Assistant: We have both! The puffer jackets are really popular right now. Would you like to check those out first?
Customer: Yes, that sounds good. Where can I find them?
Assistant: They’re in the outerwear section, towards the back of the store. Follow me, and I'll show you.
Customer: Thank you! Do you have them in different colors?
Assistant: Yes, we have black, navy, and olive green. You can decide which one you like best.
Customer: Awesome! I’ll try a black one first.
Assistant: Great choice! The fitting rooms are just around the corner if you need to try it on.
