Occasionally l also have to deal with complaints from members of the public, and if there’s a problem, l’m the one who has to solve it. A: So it’s not just clerical duties, then? B: Oh, no. Some weekends l’m in charge of the whole centre, and in an emergency it’s my job to make sure that everyone is safe. I have a lot of responsibilities.
