Installing a filtration system attached to your water tap is a more expensive though effective solution. There are also special carbon filters to be set up under the sink, but they have to be replaced regularly, The cost of the most expensive whole-house filtering systems reaches $1.000 and you have to pay the monthly service fee of about $20.
