A. EXCITING B. ME C. HAD D. WERE E. MORE Pocket Money As a teenager, managing pocket money can be both exciting and a little uneasy, especially when I think about how much money my parents give me every week. They usually provide me with a certain amount that allows me to pay for small expenses such as snacks, casual walks with friends or saving up for a new video game that I had sought for a long time. Although the amount is small, it teaches me valuable lessons in budgeting and making decisions about how to spend my money wisely. Sometimes I wish there were a little more of it, especially when my friends suggest last-minute plans or cool places to hang out, but this limitation encourages me to be creative about spending and prioritize what is really important to me. In addition, earning enough to save up for something special makes this experience even more rewarding, showing me the importance of patience and responsible financial habits in preparing for adulthood.
