Here's a detailed sample letter following the plan and using the words from the box:

Dear Tom,

Thanks for your last letter! It was really nice to hear from you. I wanted to write and tell you about my English lessons.

I started learning English when I was very young, and now I attend lessons twice a week. In class, we study the alphabet, read texts, and listen to English songs and films. My first English teacher was very kind and made learning fun. I like to recite poems aloud and learn new words from the dictionary. Sometimes we do projects where we ask questions and speak about different topics. It’s not always easy, but I enjoy the challenge. I find it important to learn to speak and write sentences correctly, so I practice writing composition and dialogues regularly.

One of my favorite activities is watching cartoons in English. It helps me understand spoken words better. I also study using games and flashcards, which makes learning more fun. The most useful thing I’ve learned so far is how to read and understand different texts, and I try to learn words by heart so I can recite them easily. Sometimes I miss my classes because I am busy, but I always try to attend if I can.

Could you tell me about your language lessons? Do you study a language at school? I’d love to know what you do and what you find difficult or easy.

Thanks a lot for reading my letter. I hope we can practice speaking English together someday!

Write soon!

Best wishes,
[Your Name]

P.S. I really enjoy listening to songs in English. Do you like singing songs in your language?
