We celebrate Christmas and New Year with our relatives. On Christmas Eve, we decorate the tree, bake cookies, and prepare a big family dinner. After dinner we exchange small gifts and share memories from past holidays. On Christmas Day we usually have a special breakfast together, then maybe go for a walk or watch a family movie. We also celebrate birthdays with cake, candles, and a small party. Depending on the year and our traditions, we sometimes celebrate other holidays as well. One tradition I especially enjoy is creating a photo album every year with pictures from the celebrations—it’s fun to look back at how we’ve grown and changed.
