Do you mean:

• (a) the ratio 2:2 → simplify to 1:1, or
• (b) the division 2:2 (2 ÷ 2) → equals 1?

If (a): 2:2 simplifies by gcd 2 → 1:1. If (b): 2 ÷ 2 = 1.
