Как выбрать время
Present Continuous образуется так:
\[ \text{am/is/are} + \text{глагол с окончанием } -ing \]
Он употребляется для действия, которое происходит сейчас или временно:
- right now, at the moment — прямо сейчас;
- this week, these days, today — в настоящий период.
Примеры:
- She is doing her homework now.
- They are planning their holiday.
Present Simple используется для постоянных фактов, привычек и глаголов состояния:
- Carlos studies history. — постоянный факт;
- She always wears nice clothes. — привычка;
- He knows the answer.
- She thinks it is interesting.
- Does he have brown eyes?
Важно: think about означает «обдумывать», поэтому возможно Continuous:
- They are thinking about their holiday.
А think в значении «считать, полагать» — обычно Simple:
- He thinks it isn’t interesting.
Проверка: в предложениях с Continuous везде есть правильная форма am/is/are + -ing, а с глаголами состояния использован Present Simple.
