Как это определить
Present Continuous образуется так:
\[ \text{am/is/are}+\text{глагол с окончанием }-ing \]
Он употребляется, когда действие происходит сейчас или в течение временного периода:
- I am studying — я сейчас учусь;
- She is helping — она помогает сейчас;
- They are visiting — они навещают сегодня.
В заданиях это подсказывают слова now, right now, at the moment, this week, today, these days.
Present Simple используется для привычек, фактов и постоянных состояний:
- She always wears nice clothes — она всегда носит красивую одежду;
- Carlos studies history — Карлос изучает историю;
- he thinks — он считает.
Некоторые глаголы обычно не ставятся в Continuous, если обозначают состояние:
- have — обладать: Does he have brown hair?
- think — считать, полагать: He thinks it is interesting.
- be — быть: It isn’t interesting.
В предложении 4 глагол enjoy обозначает временное впечатление от книги, поэтому возможна форма isn’t enjoying, а think выражает мнение и остаётся в Present Simple.
