Используя вот этот текст: 00:00:00 - David Attenborough, the world's most beloved naturalist and broadcaster, has reached the remarkable milestone of 100 years. His life and work have shaped how generations see the natural world, turning science into storytelling that captivates audiences of all ages. Born in 1926, Attenborough began his career at the BBC in the 1950s. He quickly became known for bringing the wonders of nature into people's living rooms. 00:00:27 - His ground-breaking series, such as Life on Earth and The Blue Planet, set new standards for wildlife documentaries. Using stunning visuals and his distinctive, gentle narration, he made complex ecological concepts accessible and deeply moving. Attenborough's influence extends far beyond entertainment. In recent decades, he has become a powerful voice for environmental protection. Documentaries like Climate Change, The Facts and a Life on Our Planet present a clear, urgent message, humanity must act to preserve Earth's biodiversity. 00:01:01 - With quiet authority and deep concern, he speaks not just about the beauty of nature, but about the dangers it faces and the steps we must take to protect it. What makes Attenborough so compelling is his genuine sense of wonder. Even after decades of exploring every corner of the globe, he still speaks with the same he felt as a child collecting fossils. This ability to share his curiosity has inspired countless scientists, conservationists, and ordinary people to care more about the planet. 00:01:32 - To honour this special day, the BBC is showing new programmes about his life and work. One show, Making Life on Earth, tells the story of how his famous 1979 series was made. The crew travelled to 40 countries and filmed 600 species. It was a dangerous journey where they faced wars and threats, but it became one of the most successful wildlife shows ever. 00:01:56 - It also includes the famous moment when David met gorillas in Rwanda. Another new series called Secret Garden focuses on the wildlife in British backyards. David shows that even in small gardens, animals like otters and owls have exciting lives. The show explains that gardens in the UK cover a huge area, so people can help nature right at home. 00:02:18 - As we celebrate his 100th birthday, we honour not only a broadcasting legend, but also a tireless advocate for our shared home. Attenborough's legacy is a call to action, to appreciate, understand and protect the incredible diversity of life on Earth. сделай задание: 1. As we strive for greater convenience and efficiency, we're increasingly outsourcing our intellectual activities - judging, reasoning, and decision-making - to what the philosopher Bruno Liebrucks called "automated thinking." In former times, it was believed that only a divine intellect could comprehend a vast totality at a single glance. Today, any Al user can feel omnipotent, commanding entire worlds of data at will. Al is especially seductive when thinking is hard work - as it is in education, particularly at university. In subjects involving substantial amounts of text, Al appears to offer a convenient shortcut. But this is a dangerous illusion. Cutting through it requires a fairly developed understanding of what studying is actually for. B. The central problem is that Al in education poses a direct threat to independent thought. It eliminates the productive tension that thinking requires for genuine critical engagement with a subject. Why exert yourself when the heavy task can be delegated? Yet this attitude is fundamentally at odds with the purpose of higher education. Being a student means acquiring the current state of knowledge in your discipline, reflecting critically upon it, and ultimately perhaps even extending it. All of this demands what Hegel called the "sour labour of the concept." C. This erosion begins long before a student create the semblance of effortless availability time-honoured practice of taking notes by hand is increasingly abandoned. Smartphones judgment — separating the essential from the a photograph is taken, and the content is regarded as "acquired." But why does note-taking matter so profoundly? Every sentence heard must be actively thought through and instantaneously evaluated: is this essential to the matter at hand, and therefore worth recording, or not? This discriminating inessential — is itself already an act of comprehension. It can only be cultivated through exercise. Initially, nearly everything will be written down. With practice, the notes grow clearer and more pertinent. D. Growth does not occur without resistance. We know this from our bodies: without gravity, muscles atrophy. In the weightlessness of automatically generated information, the mind similarly decays. Meaningful use of Al - for instance, as translation support - requires that we remain intellectually superior to the software, meaning we can assess and evaluate the quality of its output. Al's role might be that of a vehicle covering familiar terrain — but the destination and the route must be known in advance by the traveller, not the machine. E. Briefly, then: using Al as a substitute for direct, personal engagement with a problem undermines the student's intellectual autonomy. Academic study is not about reaching conclusions with minimal effort. Against the temptation to make life easy with Al stands the imperative of free, autonomous, critical thinking. Kant's maxim of enlightenment has lost none of its force: Sapere aude! — "Have the courage to use your own understanding!" That courage is summoned more urgently now than ever, lest we succumb to the illusion of effortless accessibility. In which paragraph does the author ...? 1. Выбрать v state that people are delegating their cognitive processes — such as evaluation and decision-making — to machines? 10.Выбрать v provide an example of an acceptable use of Al, such as assisting with language translation? в начале каждого задания есть «выбрать» там должна стоять буква абзаца из текста, сделай все по заданию
