Как выбрать форму:

• have got — с I, you, we, they;
• has got — с he, she, it;
• отрицание: haven’t got / hasn’t got;
• глагол be: it is, they are; отрицание — isn’t, aren’t.

Проверка по таблице: у Лауры нет камеры, у Стива и Тони камеры есть, у Пола есть футбольный мяч, а у Лауры и Стива нет скейтбордов.
