Как понять правило: слова ago, yesterday, last Wednesday, last Friday указывают на Past Simple. Неправильные глаголы меняют форму: fly — flew, see — saw. После didn’t используется начальная форма глагола: didn’t walk, а не didn’t walked. В британском варианте пишется travelled с двумя l.
