One popular hobby among teenagers in my country is playing basketball. It is a team sport in which players try to score points by throwing a ball through a hoop. Teenagers play it at school, in sports centres and on outdoor courts. It is fun because it is active, exciting and gives friends a chance to spend time together. Some teenagers also take part in local competitions.
