Hi Ann,
Thanks for your email. I’m glad you’re going to New York! My birthday party was great. I had it at home last Saturday. Six of my classmates came, and we played games, listened to music and watched a funny film. My mum made a chocolate cake and some pizzas. Everyone gave me nice presents, but I liked the new headphones from my best friend most of all. In the evening we took lots of photos and danced.
What places are you going to visit in New York? Are you going to see the Statue of Liberty? How long will you stay there?
