Как выбрать время

• Present Perfect: have/has + V3 — важен результат, опыт или состояние:
  have finished, have eaten, has bought, has cost, has been.
• Present Perfect Progressive: have/has been + V-ing — важно, что действие продолжалось какое-то время:
  have been writing, has been sleeping, have been building.

Подсказки:

• since, for, all morning, all afternoon, for hours → обычно Present Perfect Progressive;
• so far, many times, количество или результат → Present Perfect;
• с глаголами состояния be и cost обычно используется Present Perfect: has been, has cost;
• I/we/you/they → have, he/she/it → has.
