Как выбрать конструкцию:

so + прилагательное + that
so bad that, so inexpensive that
such + a/an + прилагательное + существительное + that
such a wonderful holiday that, such a comfortable armchair that
that вводит следствие: «такой…, что…» или «настолько…, что…».

Проверка: в предложениях 1, 2 и 4 после прилагательного есть существительное в единственном числе, поэтому используется such a. В предложениях 3, 5 и 6 используется so, потому что после него стоит только прилагательное.
