Правило

• В общем вопросе меняем порядок слов:
  There is → Is there…?
  There are → Are there…?

• В специальном вопросе ставим вопросительное слово:
  What is there…? — «Что находится…?»
  How many … are there…? — «Сколько … находится…?»

• some, somebody, something обычно используются в утвердительных предложениях.

• any, anybody, anything — в вопросах и отрицаниях.

Проверка: в предложениях с одним предметом используется is, с несколькими — are. В № 61, предложение 8: после отрицания — anything, а в утвердительной части — something.
