Краткий пересказ

Краткий пересказ

The text describes everyday life on the International Space Station. The ISS is about 360 kilometres above Earth and moves at almost 30,000 kilometres per hour. Because of zero gravity, astronauts use a vacuum hose and special shampoo instead of taking showers, and they swallow toothpaste. They clean the station every day and sleep in sleeping bags attached to the wall. To keep their muscles strong, they exercise for two hours a day. Food is fixed to a tray, and astronauts heat it in ovens. In their free time, they read, watch films, send emails and take pictures of Earth.
