Как понять принцип
Здесь везде Present Continuous — действие происходит сейчас (now, at the moment).
Формула:
- утверждение: подлежащее + am/is/are + глагол-ing;
- отрицание: am/is/are + not + глагол-ing;
- вопрос: Am/Is/Are + подлежащее + глагол-ing?
Выбор формы:
- I → am;
- he / she / it, а также один человек или предмет → is;
- we / you / they, а также несколько человек → are.
Поэтому: My friends → are, Dad → is, Alice and Tony → are, I → am.
Обрати внимание на написание: skate → skating, dive → diving, make → making — конечная e убирается. А ski → skiing, play → playing — просто добавляем -ing.
