Кратко: описываем каждого по схеме кто → возраст → волосы → глаза/очки → одежда/украшения → выражение лица. Для волос, глаз и черт лица используем has got, для одежды и очков — is wearing.

A. This is a young man. He has got short dark hair and brown eyes. He is smiling and wearing a green shirt.

B. This is a middle-aged woman. She has got brown hair in a bun and green eyes. She is wearing pink earrings and a red top.

C. This is a man. He has got short black hair. He is wearing sunglasses, a white shirt and a black tie. He is smiling.

D. This is a young woman. She has got long wavy blonde hair and blue eyes. She is wearing earrings and a red top.

E. This is an elderly woman. She has got grey hair and she is wearing glasses. She is smiling.

F. This is a young man. He has got short brown hair, a moustache and a small beard. He is wearing blue glasses and a white shirt.

G. This is a little girl. She has got blonde hair in a ponytail and blue eyes. She is smiling happily.

H. This is an elderly man. He has got grey hair and a white moustache. He is wearing glasses and smiling.

Принцип: не придумывай то, чего не видно. Например, у C цвет глаз не называем — их закрывают солнечные очки. Рост и телосложение по таким портретам тоже не описываем: видно только лицо.
