Главное правило:

• -ing описывает то, что вызывает чувство:
  an interesting lesson, a tiring job, a surprising result, a boring lecture.
• -ed описывает чувство человека:
  I am interested, tired, surprised, bored.

Проверка: если речь о человеке и его ощущении — обычно -ed; если о предмете, уроке, работе, результате — обычно -ing. В №11 возможны разные варианты, если выбран подходящий по смыслу -ed/-ing-прилагательное.
