Как это работает

• Короткие прилагательные получают -er:
  young → younger, tidy → tidier, clever → cleverer, shy → shyer.
• Длинные прилагательные — через more / less:
  more reliable, more responsible, less selfish, more sociable, more careful, more caring.
• Исключения: good → better, bad → worse.
• Основные модели:
  • A is + сравнительная форма + than B: I’m tidier than Alex.
  • A is less + прилагательное + than B: I’m less selfish than Alex.
  • A is not as + прилагательное + as B: I’m not as shy as Alex.
• После than в учебнике допустимы оба варианта: than me и than I am.

Проверка: в каждом предложении есть вторая часть сравнения — than … или as … as …. Нельзя писать more younger, more better или gooder.
