Как понять принцип:

• Сначала образуем прилагательное от слова в скобках:
  success → successful, tradition → traditional, style → stylish, care → careful, optimist → optimistic, educate → educated, rain → rainy, bore → boring, enjoy → enjoyable, horror → horrible.
• Если в предложении уже есть the most / the least / the best, то после них ставим прилагательное в обычной форме:
  the most successful musician, the least enjoyable holiday.
• В №4 слова most нет, поэтому нужна превосходная степень:
  tasty → the tastiest (y меняется на i + est).
• В №9 превосходной степени не нужно: a rainy day — «дождливый день».

Проверка: во всех фразах прилагательное согласуется по смыслу и стоит в нужной форме: most + long adjective, the tastiest для короткого tasty, the best — особая форма от good.
