a) Do you think her day is typical of a high-school student? Why or why not?
I think her day is only partly typical. Getting up early, having a long school day, doing activities and homework are normal for many high-school students. But volunteering and band practice until 6:30 every day, and going to bed at about 1 a.m., are less typical — and not very healthy.
b) What is your day like?
At 6:15 I get up and get dressed. At 6:30 I have breakfast. At 6:50 I leave home and go to school. At 7:30 my lessons start. At 2:30 they finish, and then I go to a club or go home. At 7:00 I have dinner. At 7:30 I start my homework. At 9:30 I finish and relax. At 11:00 I go to bed.
c) How much time do you spend online on an average day?
On an average day I spend about two hours online. I mostly chat with friends, watch videos and check social media. Sometimes I use the Internet for homework.
3b. Tell the class about your partner
I learned that my partner gets up at 6:30 and spends about two hours online. She usually chats with friends and watches videos. The most interesting thing I learned is that she plays in a school band.

- В пункте a дай мнение и 2 причины: I think… because… For example, in the text she…
- В пункте b используй Present Simple для режима дня и предлог at со временем: at 6:15, at 7:30. Назови все 9 времён из текста, но говори о себе.
- В пункте c используй конструкцию spend + время + глагол с -ing: I spend two hours chatting and watching videos.
- В пересказе о партнёре не забывай окончание -s: she get*s up, he spends, she watches*. Можно начать так: I learned that…
