Shawn Mendes is a young Canadian musician. He became famous through short videos on YouTube. In 2013 he posted six-second videos where he sang lines from popular songs, and they got millions of views. A music producer noticed him and gave him a contract. In April 2015 his first album, Handwritten, topped the charts in the USA and Canada. He also appeared on stage with Taylor Swift and won two Teen Choice Awards. Shawn is determined to succeed.

Shawn Mendes is a young Canadian musician who is taking the music world by storm. He first became famous for some short videos that he uploaded to YouTube in 2013. In these six-second videos he sang lines from popular songs and they got millions of views. His talent also caught the attention of a music producer, who quickly gave him a contract. Then, in April 2015, Shawn released his first album Handwritten, which topped the charts in the USA and Canada. Since then he has appeared on stage with Taylor Swift and has won two Teen Choice Awards. Shawn is determined to succeed, and it looks like he's going the right way about it.

Учи по опорным фразам текста: taking the music world by storm → six-second videos on YouTube (2013) → a music producer gave him a contract → album Handwritten (April 2015) → Taylor Swift, two Teen Choice Awards → determined to succeed.

In these six-second videos he sang lines from popular songs, and they got millions of views. His talent also caught the attention of a music producer, who quickly gave him a contract. Опорные слова по порядку: Canadian musician → YouTube 2013, six-second videos → music producer, contract → album Handwritten, April 2015, charts → Taylor Swift, two Teen Choice Awards → determined to succeed.

Shawn Mendes is a young Canadian musician who is taking the music world by storm. He became famous thanks to six-second videos on YouTube in 2013, where he sang lines from popular songs and got millions of views. A music producer noticed him and gave him a contract, and in April 2015 his first album Handwritten topped the charts in the USA and Canada. He has also appeared on stage with Taylor Swift, won two Teen Choice Awards and is determined to succeed.

Canadian musician → YouTube 2013, six-second videos → contract → Handwritten, April 2015 → Taylor Swift, two awards, determined.
