4. Who was very angry? — Their teacher.

6. What is your full name? — My full name is Frederick Hollingsworth.

Ex. 9 B. Краткий пересказ

John and Fred were in the same class. One day they had a fight, and their teacher was angry. He told them to stay after class and write their names a thousand times. Fred began to cry because John’s full name was short, while his own full name, Frederick Hollingsworth, had many letters and was very long.

Как строить такие вопросы

• Сначала выбираем вопросительное слово: who — кто, how old — сколько лет, where — где, what — что/какое.
• Затем идёт нужная форма глагола: were/is, а в Past Simple с обычным глаголом — did: Where did they study?
• В пунктах 5–6 сохранена прямая речь, поэтому используется is: What is your full name?
