Как выбирать форму
- Past Perfect: \(had + V_3\). Важен результат или действие, завершённое до другого прошлого действия.
- Past Perfect Continuous: \(had\ been + V_{ing}\). Важен процесс и длительность до момента в прошлом. Часто помогают слова for, how long, all night.
- После first time, при подсчёте количества и с глаголами состояния обычно ставится Past Perfect:
№5 — had seen, №16 — had you drunk, №17 — had known. - Если действие объясняет видимый результат в прошлом, часто нужен Continuous:
№8 — was dog-tired because he had been running; №15 — the grass was wet because it had been raining. - В №18 правильно had already had — здесь два had подряд: вспомогательный и смысловой глагол have.
Ex.3–4 пока не решаю: на снимке не видно правую часть условий, нужен более чёткий кадр именно этих упражнений.
