I’ll read “Drow” as “Draw.” The female reproductive system is usually drawn as a front-view outline with the uterus in the centre, one fallopian tube and ovary on each side, and the cervix and vagina below.
A simple schematic you can redraw:

Labels and main functions
| Part | Function |
|---|---|
| Ovary | Produces eggs (oocytes) and hormones such as oestrogen and progesterone. |
| Fallopian tube | Carries the egg toward the uterus; fertilisation usually happens here. |
| Uterus | Muscular organ where the embryo implants and the fetus develops. |
| Cervix | Narrow neck of the uterus; allows menstrual flow and sperm through, and dilates during birth. |
| Vagina | Internal canal; receives sperm and is the birth canal. |
| Vulva | External opening area; includes the labia and clitoris. |
How to draw it step by step
- Draw a central pear-shaped uterus.
- Add a narrow lower part — the cervix.
- Draw a tube downward — the vagina.
- From the upper corners of the uterus, draw one curved fallopian tube on each side.
- Put an almond-shaped ovary at the outer end of each tube.
- Add the vulva at the bottom if the external organs are required.
- Label with straight lines. In anatomy, “right” and “left” mean the body’s own right and left.
Check the principle:
An egg travels ovary → fallopian tube → uterus. Sperm travel vagina → cervix → uterus → fallopian tube. If fertilisation occurs, the zygote travels back to the uterus and implants. If not, the lining is shed during menstruation.
