Коротко о правиле: утверждение — \(am/is/are\), отрицание — \(am\ not/isn't/aren't\). Притяжательные: he → his, she → her, they → their, we → our, it → its.

В строке Tom/Pat на фото контекст немного обрезан; по грамматике подходит are / isn’t. Если нужно, пришли этот фрагмент крупнее — проверю.
