На примере George сказал "I am not used to going to bed so late" изменили на George told me (that) he wasn't used to going to bed so late. Заметь, что меняются лицо и время глагола. Теперь пройдемся по остальным предложениям:
Полли сказала: "We don’t go on a voyage every year." Переводим: Polly said (that) they didn't go on a voyage every year.
Крис сказал Синтии: "We aren’t going snorkelling now." Переводим: Chris told Cynthia (that) they weren't going snorkelling then.
Мой коллега сказал мне: "I haven’t been on a business trip this month." Переводим: My colleague told me (that) he/she hadn't been on a business trip that month.
Бабушка Лео сказала ему: "I haven’t been sleeping since 4 a.m." Переводим: Leo's grandmother told him (that) she hadn't been sleeping since 4 a.m.
Кэти сказала нам: "I didn’t do photography last year." Переводим: Cathy told us (that) she hadn't done photography the previous year.
