Do you consider it an exciting sport? What sport would you like to try and why? By the way, tomorrow I’m going to the cinema to see a film about famous chess players. Write an email to Pete. Hi Pete!

It's awesome that your friend won the school chess competition! I do play chess—it's quite popular here in Russia. I find it quite exciting, though it's more of a mental battle than a physical sport. It’s like going to war, but with pawns, knights and strategy instead of an actual battleground. I'd say it sharpens the mind in so many ways.

I’d love to try rock climbing. I've always been fascinated by the sheer strength and agility needed to scale vertical walls, and the idea of conquering heights really thrills me. Have you ever tried it?

Your movie plan sounds cool! How did you come across this film? Are you going with someone, a fellow chess enthusiast perhaps? What makes you interested in movies about chess players?

Can't wait to hear all about the film.

Take care, [Your Name]
