3 задание: Здесь нам нужно поставить глаголы в скобках в Past Simple или Past Continuous. Смотрим на контекст предложения, чтобы выбрать правильную форму времени.

1. The baby (not sleep) when Grandpa (arrive). - The baby was not sleeping when Grandpa arrived.
2. While he (travel) on the bus to work, he (remember) that it was his wife's birthday. - While he was travelling on the bus to work, he remembered that it was his wife's birthday.
3. The children (study) while their nanny (prepare) dinner. - The children were studying while their nanny was preparing dinner.
4. You (bring) out the trash while the postman (deliver) these letters. - You were bringing out the trash while the postman delivereds these letters.
