Теперь, когда мы выбрали правильные формы глаголов, давай рассмотрим те, в которых есть варианты выбора. Для предложения №3 правильный глагол - "give" (Could you give your product number please?), потому что в вежливой просьбе используется форма глагола в инфинитиве без "to".

Для предложения №4 правильный глагол - "inform" (Would you like to inform us the date and time of the visit of Mr. William please?), так как после модальных глаголов типа "would like to" используется инфинитив.
