  • cheap - cheaper - the cheapest
  • useful - more useful - the most useful
  • ugly - uglier - the ugliest
  • wet - wetter - the wettest
  • little - less - the least
  • dangerous - more dangerous - the most dangerous
  • bad - worse - the worst
  • wide - wider - the widest
  • famous - more famous - the most famous
  • Paul and Simon are (noisy) boys that I know.
  • Nick’s answer is (bad) Jack’s.
  • This week is (hot) the last one.
  • A Mercedes is (good). — Положительная степень: "good".
  • Helen is (pretty) (expensive) a Fiat.
  • This colour is (fashionable) in this season. — "More fashionable", т.к.
  • My hair is (long) yours. — Тут сравнение: "longer".
  • Rick is (helpful) assistant I have ever had. — Т. к.
  • My dog is (good) dog in the world.
  • Wild animals sometimes live in the "zoo".
  • Which play would you like to see at the "theatre"?
  • She is so slim. She goes to the "gym" twice a week.
  • Many people live in the block of "flats".
  • I often take books from the "library".
  • We like walking in the "park".
  • She is a student. The university hall of "...residence..." is very comfortable.
  • This "...tent..." is for the real king.
  • They like doing the shopping at the "store".
  • In summer we often go to the lake and sleep in a "...tent...".
  • You don't have to go to school on Sunday.
  • You mustn't eat in the classroom. It's forbidden.
  • You can't have any pets in this house. It’s not allowed.
  • You must go to the doctor. You look very ill.
  • You must go to school.
  2. How about going to the aquarium? — E. I don’t really like fish.
  3. Shall we go to that new department store? — C. Brilliant idea! I need some new clothes.
  4. Why don't we go to the zoo? — A. OK. I want to see the monkeys.
  5. How about visiting Glenda? — B. I’d rather not. I don't like her.
  6. Why don't we go home? — D. That sounds good. I want to go to bed.
