Делаем следующие два:

7. Students study a lot of subjects. - A lot of subjects are studied by students.
8. The students discussed their work with the teacher. - Their work was discussed with the teacher by the students.

И последние два:

9. Many students prefer smaller colleges. - Smaller colleges are preferred by many students.
10. They will repair your car tomorrow. - Your car will be repaired tomorrow.

В каждом случае мы меняем активную форму предложения на пассивную, где подлежащее - теперь получатель действия, а дополнение, которое часто становится исполнителем действия, упоминается в конце с предлогом "by". Надеюсь, это поможет, удачи в изучении английского!
