Вот как я вижу решение:

В итоге получается такой текст:

Last weekend, Cathy hired a car and drove to the seaside. When she arrived the wind was blowing and the sky was cloudy. She got out of the car and took a walk along the seafront. Then she decided to go for fish and chips at a nearby restaurant that she had seen earlier and liked the look of. By the time she left the restaurant, it had already grown dark. As she walked to her car it began to rain. However, Cathy didn't mind because she had a wonderful day.
