A day in Chicago

Lily and her best friend Zoe were driving home from their vacation in California. That was a great adventure which they were enjoying a lot. They 30 ______ to visit so many interesting places. Consuela

A trip to Thailand

I have always been interested in various cultures especially those completely alien to us. Thus, imagine my delight when my father 30 ______ me that he was taking us on a holiday to Bangkok and from there to visit a remote tribe that lives about 200 kilometers north of the capital city. Smart homes

The beginning of the 21st century saw a revolution in home-living with new technology changing the places where we live, and it seems technology could be changing our homes again. Diana had been hoping to get away by 5:00, so she could be at the farm in time for dinner. My second visit

It was my second visit to Dr Boxer. He answered the door exactly as he had done the first time, by opening only a crack and looking through it warily, as if there were something that he was 30 ______ not everyone should see. Brenda

Hitchhiking in Spain 

Spain is such an obvious holiday destination that you almost take its beauty for granted. 30_________, it’s the second country (after Italy) with the largest number of UNESCO World Heritage Sites! Every village is a real medieval beauty! So if you are fond of photography, Spain is definitely the place to go.

In my opinion, the best way to explore Spain is hitchhiking.  First of all, Spain is really easy to hitchhike in terms of weather. 31_________ it can get quite hot in summer, the weather is generally pleasant and it seldom rains. 32_________, Spanish people are friendly and they understand the idea of hitchhiking, 33_________ they don’t normally ask for money. 34_________ being sociable, not many local people speak English, so it’s a good idea to learn some Spanish expressions before you set off. If you speak a bit of Spanish, it can get you a long way. 

Hitchhiking can be extremely time consuming.
