Change the active verbs in these sentences into the passive, where possible. 1. We were in a jewellery shop and the assistant was showing us some expensive rings when a woman in the street started to scream. 2. A car had run over her dog. 3. Somebody called the police. 4. When they arrived, somebody gave them a photo of the car. 5. The owner of the dog hopes that they'll find the driver of the car soon. 6. They're asking anyone with any information to contact the police.
