Khan's Palace in Bakhchisarai is the former residence of the Crimean khans, the only example of Crimean Tatar palace architecture in the world. The palace was built in the 16th century on the banks of the deep Churuk-Su River, which was crossed by stone bridges. There were the khan's chambers, ceremonial halls, several mosques, a huge luxurious harem, a library and spacious gardens with fountains. The central square of the palace resembles a shady park with lawns, flower beds and chestnut trees. Initially, there was an urban garden with swings and kiosks, decorative pools and fountains remained from it. One of the most visited rooms is the sofa room. The fate of individual subjects and the whole country was decided there. The walls of the hall are decorated with patterns and colorful stained glass windows, the floor is made of marble. The most mysterious part of the palace is considered to be the harem. The entrance is decorated with delicate floral carvings. There were four wives of the khan in the harem, one of whom was the eldest wife, and the other three were the younger wives. написать транскрипцию на русском языке с английского
